Jigsaws are fun for the whole family

Jigsaw Puzzles are great for multiple people to play because no one can lose! The objective is for everyone to search for the proper puzzle pieces and put them together to form the main image of the puzzle.

To make it challenging for everyone in the family, find a puzzle which has 500 or even 1000 pieces in it. There are also 3D puzzles, which when put together form a 3-dimensional object.  There are also shaped puzzles, lenticular puzzles and augmented reality puzzles.  The choice is endless!

We always get excited when a new shipment of puzzles arrives here at Pathway Puzzles, and especially when it is from Sunsout in America. It was from 12 of their shaped jigsaws that we launched our business just over two years ago. How time has moved on and we have grown in that time! Sunsouts shaped jigsaws have changed too. They have now started to include hidden images within the puzzle, which adds another whole dimension. For example, in the Proud Peacock jigsaw are hidden 6 hummingbirds and 3 tree frogs.

Included in the shipment are two beautiful new shaped butterflies for those who collect these!

Shaped jigsaws

I can't help thinking there is something particularly special about shaped jigsaws. These were the first puzzles we stocked when we started the company. I have done a few of them now, and each time I get a real thrill out of watching them develop. Because they don't have a regular rectangle shape they 'grow' in all directions, depending on the picture. They are Sunsout brand, and a particularly good quality of jigsaw.

We have just received a new shipment of shaped jigsaws from Sunsout in America. Have you tried a shaped jigsaw? They are such fun to do. Because they are shaped they don't have the traditional straight edge, so they are so much more interesting.

They also have amazing detail as you can see from this one. It is called Wake Up Call. Just look at the detail. I have seen this jigsaw completed and framed and it is really amazing.
